OUR ASIC REPAIR PROCESS
5 Steps
Step 1: Receiving
Miners and hashboards are serialized into our ticketing system, components are scanned for signs of corrosion, short circuits, broken traces or pads, damage caused by power surges, and missing surface mount devices.
Step 2: Diagnostics
A series of tests are conducted including measuring computational power of ASIC chips, measuring voltages and signals across all components to determine root causes of failures.
Step 3: Repair
We replace resistors, capacitors, diodes, MOSFETs, EEPROMs, PICs, LDOs, temperature sensors, boost circuits, ASIC chips, and provide board retraces.
Step 4: Quality Check
We perform final performance test that includes conducting a PT1 and PT2 test for the 2nd time, while inspecting kernel logs to ensure all issues are resolved.
Step 5: Shipped
The units are packaged and returned to customers desired location.

What happens if the hashboard is not repairable?
You are charged a $50 service fee for the intermediate repair that is required during the diagnostics process, and the hashboard is returned upon the customer providing a return shipping label.
